This project focuses on improving the appointment booking experience within the Evergreen Life GP app. The existing process felt inefficient and confusing for users, often leading them to abandon the app and rely on phone calls instead.

I redesigned the booking flow to create a clearer, faster, and more user-friendly experience by introducing appointment categories, visual icons, and a simplified step-by-step journey.

To achieve this goal, I analysed the existing Evergreen Life booking process and identified key pain points within the user journey. I then designed an improved prototype that introduced clearer navigation, appointment type selection with visual icons, and a streamlined booking flow.

  • Conducting A/B usability testing comparing the original app with the redesigned version
